The balls are routinely washed and bleached.  They are immersed in hot water with soap and bleach, then hot rinsed and air dried.

We take pride and value the importance of providing safe, clean equipment.  The ball pits are vacuumed and wiped down to ensure good hygiene.

Some Rules

• It is required that an adult be responsible for supervision of the ball pit.

• No food (especially gum) or drink in or around the pit.  This is extremely important to avoid choking.

• We recommend a group size of 6-10 persons (depending on which size of ball pit) in the ball pit at one time.  Adult supervisors may use their discretion to increase or decrease this group size pending activities and age of children.

• Face paints and ball pits do not mix.  As one could imagine, inevitably, 3500 out of the 5500 balls will need to be scrubbed individually.  The material of the ball pit absorbs the oily base of face paints and can leave a permanent stain.
