How big of space is needed?
We have two sizes of pits - an 8-foot and a 10-foot pit.  For the 8-foot indoor set-up, a 9'x9' space is required.  With the screen enclosure, a 13'x13' space is required.  For the 10-foot set-up, an 11'x11' space is required.  
With the screen enclosure, 15'x15' space is required.

How many children can go into the pit at once?
We suggest a comfortable number in the 8-foot pit is six to eight children, and in the 10-foot pit, eight to ten children.

How far in advance do I need to book?
You can book up to a year in advance.  There is no deposit required.

How often are the balls cleaned?
It is our guarantee that the balls are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.  Please refer to the Hygiene section.

What if the weather does not cooperate with my outdoor event?
That is the beauty of Pit 'O' Balls!  It can be set up indoors if the weather is poor.

Is delivery included in the price?
Yes, delivery is included within the Calgary city limits.  We are happy to deliver outside of Calgary for a minimal charge of $1.50 per kilometer, one way from the city limits to your door.
